Free Tow From CONCORD?

Apparently Jita was so crowded today that CONCORD was offering Free Towing service to a nearby system.  I admit, I've never seen that one before.  This reminds me of the system shut-downs that Jita used to experience when I first started playing Eve.  Thought it was worth mentioning.  I took a screenshot.


This might be old hat for you Jita people, but I don't make it up there very often.
