YouTube Partnership

Talk about milestones! After almost twenty years of my YouTube channel I have finally made partner. Frankly this was never a goal for the channel. Originally it was simply a place to put samples of my commercial work and other business related videos. Once I started playing Eve Online and started making gaming related videos that started to change. But, even then, it was never a focus of mine. Until I started creating content for Just a few years ago. That's when things started to change in a new direction.

I figured since I was creating new video content for that platform, why not upgrade the channel and start creating new videos specifically for the channel. My focus wasn't on making partner, it remains to this day a fun place to explore video content for me - and I sincerely hope that comes across in the videos I create for my channel.

To all of you that have subscribed and supported my channel over the years thank you. I really appreciate the support, the comments, suggestions, and questions. And yes I have much more to create and share in the future, so if you haven't subscribed yet I hope you will. As a matter of fact I'm currently very busy on a new video project that I think you will enjoy very much, but I can't say anything more about it right now. So stay tuned.

The oldest video on my channel. Video number 1. From October 2006. This was a "viral" video that I wrote and directed for a client called InCode Wireless. InCode is still around and provides wireless companies tech consulting services. Back then they were on the cutting edge and they were the first place I heard terms like "4G" and others.

Believe it or not this video was a finalist in the Webby Awards the following year. We didn't win, much to the chagrin of our client who teased me endlessly about it. Which only made me want to win one even more - which we did several times in the following years.

Some of the people around that table are employees of the agency I created and some are paid actors. Anyway, I have a lot more stories I could share about those days but this is a blog about Eve Online and not about my advertising history. So I'll keep this short.

Just wanted to share the first video.
