Years ago I wrote a Country Western song while I was flying my Freighter to Jita on my Alt. That's a long and boring trip and I needed to help pass the time. If I remember correctly I wrote this in Alliance chat during the trip. And yes, totally 100% tongue firmly in cheek.
But I was curious about Suno, so I decided to check it out for myself. While I remain opposed to many aspects of current AI technology and refuse to use it in my own creative work - I still believe it is important to keep up to date on the state of things. Ignorance is no excuse. So I spent my free credits to bring a few old songs to life and re-imagine a few others. I'll be sharing more of those in the coming days, but for now, enjoy this poor old-country boy song about a rusty old freighter.
