The other day I created this graphic to showcase Stay Frosty's current rankings in regards to Frigates in Eve Online. Each number represents our current rank among all of Eve Online with that ship in total kills with that ship. In other words, when it comes to the Breacher, for example, Stay Frosty is 6th all-time among all other corporations when using the Breacher to score PvP kills.
What practical purpose does this serve? None. But it does show just how active we have been over the past twelve and a half years when it comes to Frigate based combat. And while we also fly other ships of course, our main focus has been and continues to be the martial art of small gang and solo combat. Given that Eve existed for five years prior to our formation, it also serves as a reminder of how far we've come. So while it may not serve any practical purpose, it does serve other purposes. Our dedication to our craft for one.
In fact our Top Ten all-time most used ships are all frigates except for three - The Thrasher (7th), the Loki (15th), and the Stratios (20th). I think it is important to point these facts out, especially in the current environment of increasingly min-max efforts to game the system in certain corners. A subject I will be discussing in some depth in upcoming posts.
In the meantime Stay Frosty continues to undock and engage. That is what we do.
