Last Word | FF4A Tomorrow

Last minute stuff aside, we are all ready for the BIG SHOW tomorrow down in Amamake! The Insurgency has ended and the stage is set for, what I believe, might be the biggest Frigate Free For All ever! So I just wanted to take this moment and shout-out a few people, things, and last-minute notes before all Hell breaks loose.

Top most a very special shout-out to my good friend Jim Halescott for helping to sponsor this year's event. Way back in the Fall of last year Jim DM'd me and asked what I might need to get the event going and I told him what we spend every year and he didn't hesitate to provide us with the resources we needed. Due to on-going internal issues and external real life issues we kept making plans that had to be re-scheduled over and over again. You guys reading this never had to see that wonky behind-the-scenes stuff, but this year was rough in many, many ways. But Jim stuck with me through it all and kept offering help when we needed it. So thanks to him for being a significant part of how this event happened this year.

Also a major shout-out to the folks in Lucifer's Hammer, especially MSC for being legends. In a normal year LH takes care of making almost all of the ships we use for the event. But this was anything but a normal year and the team really stepped up to pitch in when needed. And MSC become a rock I could rely on to get things done behind-the-scenes for us. Sincerely appreciated. Again, this wouldn't be happening without MSC and everyone pitching in.

Also special thanks to our friends in Hydra for allowing us Keepstar access again this year for the event. And the good folks in Minmatar Fleet Alliance for making good on a freighter issue that happened earlier, on top of which they made us some extra ships. Much appreciated. It certainly does take a village to bring this event to life each year.

And to all those who are planning on bringing along something special - thank you as well. I'm sure there will be a lot of stuff going on that even I don't know about, but it all helps to make this annual tradition something I know a lot of players look forward to each year.

Watch the Anger Games + come to the FF4A. It should be an incredible day in New Eden.

Thanks everyone.
